Bruce's Boursin Cheese

16 oz. cream cheese
1 Cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 Cup grated parmesan cheese
4 cloves fresh garlic, pressed
1/2 TBs dry dill weed
1T dried basil
1 tsp ground black pepper
- In the electric mixer bowl, place all ingredients and mix with paddle attachment on medium low until smooth and creamy.
- Cover and refrigerate to store. Serve on a sandwich or molded with crackers.
