Strawberry Cakey Cobbler

6 TBS melted butter
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 Cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 Cups sliced strawberries
- Preheat oven to 375, melt butter a 2 quart baking dish.
- Combine dry ingredients and mix in milk.
- Pour into butter-do not stir.
- Pour over berries in-do not stir. Bake for 40 minutes.
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
