Smoked Pork Okie Dokies Smokehouse

1/2 C sugar
1/2 C salt
1/4 C paprika
2 T chili powder
1 T Cumin
2T black pepper
1 t granulated garlic
1 t onion powder
1/2 t chipotle powder
1 t mustard powder
*This rub is a great general all around rub for any pork dish.

  1. Trim meat, heavily rub spice mix all over pork butt.
  2. Smoke butt low and slow- 10 hours at around 225 degrees.
