Chicken & Tortellini Salad

18 oz. refrigerated cheese filled tortellini
1/2 Cup olive oil
1/2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 Cup fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
2 Cups chopped grilled chicken
1 Cup frozen sweet peas thawed
1/2 Cup thinly sliced red green or Vidalia onion
1/2 Cup chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook tortellini according to package direction.
- In a blender process olive oil, Parmesan cheese, fresh lemon juice, garlic cloves, & Worcestershire sauce till smooth.
- Toss tortellini, chicken, sweet peas, onion, flat leaf parsley, and Salt and pepper
