Hoop & Jalapeno Pimento Cheese

Ingredients
4 de-seeded Jalapenos (minced)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 pack of cream cheese
pinch cumin
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
1 lb. Shredded Ashe county hoop cheese
 
Instructions
  1. De-seed the jalapenos (Wear gloves)
  2. Mince the garlic
  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  4. Serve with a cat head biscuit
