Grilled Pork Jezebel Sandwich

1/2 Cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 Cup orange marmalade
3/4 Cup apple jelly
1/2 Cup prepared horseradish
1 1/2 TBS dry mustard
1/2 TBS ground black pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
Grilled boneless pork loin chops
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Leaf lettuce
Toasted burger rolls

  1. Combine the first six ingredients in the food processor and pulse/puree until fairly smooth. Keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  2. Add the cream cheese to 1C of the Jezebel sauce. Puree until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Season the pork loin chops lightly with salt and pepper, about 3/4 thick. Grill or saut the chops until browned on each side and desired doneness.
  4. Lightly toast the burger roll. Generously spread the Jezebel sauce across the bottom of the bun. Top with a couple pieces of pork, leaf lettuce and the crown of the bun. Cut in half and serve!
