Grilled Pork Jezebel Sandwich

1/2 Cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 Cup orange marmalade
3/4 Cup apple jelly
1/2 Cup prepared horseradish
1 1/2 TBS dry mustard
1/2 TBS ground black pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
Grilled boneless pork loin chops
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Toasted burger rolls
- Combine the first six ingredients in the food processor and pulse/puree until fairly smooth. Keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- Add the cream cheese to 1C of the Jezebel sauce. Puree until smooth. Set aside.
- Season the pork loin chops lightly with salt and pepper, about 3/4 thick. Grill or saut the chops until browned on each side and desired doneness.
- Lightly toast the burger roll. Generously spread the Jezebel sauce across the bottom of the bun. Top with a couple pieces of pork, leaf lettuce and the crown of the bun. Cut in half and serve!
