Berries and Cream

2 Cups of fresh berries
3 TBS honey or 3 packets of Stevia
2-3 Cups of plain Greek yogurt
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- Cut berries and place in a bowl, top with honey, fold in and let maserate for about 10 min.
- Add yogurt and carefully fold in.
- You can freeze for about 1 hour and serve frozen or just chilled.
- Sprinkle some cardamom on top.
This is a great substitute for ice cream and it's equally delicious. You can add a few chunks of dark chocolate if desired.
