Apricot Chocolate Loaf

2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 3 oz package cream cheese
2 Tablespoons milk
1.2 teaspoon salt
2 cups sifted confectioner's sugar
2 packages, dried apricots
Chocolate Cream Frosting:
- Melt chocolate and milk in microwave and add cheese .
- Mix until smooth; add cheese and sugar and beat well until smooth.
- Frost cake.
- Stew 2 packages dried apricots in water until soft.
- Puree in blender.
- Add 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 heaping tablespoon sugar and mix well.
