Apricot Chocolate Loaf

2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 3 oz package cream cheese
2 Tablespoons milk
1.2 teaspoon salt
2 cups sifted confectioner's sugar
2 packages, dried apricots

Chocolate Cream Frosting:
  1. Melt chocolate and milk in microwave and add cheese .
  2. Mix until smooth; add cheese and sugar and beat well until smooth. 
  3. Frost cake.
  1. Stew 2 packages dried apricots in water until soft.
  2. Puree in blender.
  3. Add 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 heaping tablespoon sugar and mix well.
