Peaches & Cream Pie

Ingredients
Crust
3/4 Cup flour
1 small package instant vanilla pudding mix
1/4 Cup oil
3 tablespoons butter
1 egg

Filling
1 - #2 can sliced peaches
1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese
1/2 Cup sugar
3 tablespoons peach juice

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and pat into pie pan.
  2. Drain peaches.  Layer peaches over crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar and peach juice.
  4. Spread over the peaches.
  5. Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over the top of mixture.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
