Salsa Verde

Ingredients
1 qt Tomatillos, medium dice
1 ea white onion, small dice
2 Cups water
1 TBS Chopped garlic
2 ea Serrano chili de-seeded and rough chopped
1T salt
2 oz Lime Juice
1 1/2 Cup Cilantro, medium chopped (add at end)

Instructions
  1. Simmer all ingredients together in a sauce pot, except cilantro for 10 minutes
  2. Add cilantro once completely cooled
