Charity Golf Tournment
Professional golfers from the LPGA tour dropped in on patients at Mission Hospital today.
The golfers are in town for Mission's charity golf tournament which kicks off Friday.
They visited patients in the Women's Services Unit, which is an all female wing of the hospital.
Leigh Ruhl, Mission Hospital, "we have invited 144 of women's best golfers to come and play for the benefit of Mission women services."
Carly Werwie, LPGA, "I think it's awesome. I mean I never knew there was a facility solely geared toward women down here, and I think it's great."
The tournament runs through Sunday at the Country Club of Asheville.
