Glover Found Guilty

Jermaine Glover found GUILTY of 2nd Degree Murder in the death of Misty Carter and sentenced to 13-16 years.

On Friday, Glover's lawyers told the judge they rest their case without presenting any evidence.

The Henderson County man was accused of murdering his pregnant girlfriend, Misty Carter, in 2009 and dumping her burned body along the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Last month, jurors could not reach a verdict in the murder trial. Glover testified that he did not kill Carter. This time around, he decided not to take the stand.
