New Buildings Funded
A federal loan will help Mars Hill University grow. The Department of Agriculture has given the school a $32 million loan.
More than half of the money will pay for two projects, a new business department building and a book store.
The money also allows for a new nursing and health sciences facility. The construction of the nursing facility will begin in spring 2015.
A portion of the USDA funding will also help the university refinance debts.
