Guilty Plea From Walmart Predator
A man accused of stalking a young girl at a Walmart will spend a minimum of four years in prison.
Ryan Davis pleaded guilty to 2nd degree kidnapping and indecent liberties.
Surveillance video showed Davis posing as a security guard at the store in Waynesville last November.
Investigators say he accused an 11-year-old girl of shoplifting and ordered the child to remove her clothes.
Davis served six years in prison after pleading guilty to the same crime in Hendersonville in 1999.
