Slick Roads

All the heavy rain has caused headaches on the roads, even though the ice threat is over for today the problems on the roads are not. 

Tuesday morning started off with several wrecks Asheville police say we're likely rain related.

No serious injuries have been reported, but many commuters found themselves stuck in traffic this morning after multiple wreck.

With steady rain expected all day long, drivers are encourages to slow down and leave plenty of time to get to your destination.

Tony Chapman of Asheville Public Works says crews are working hard to keep drivers safe.

Chapman urges drivers to slow down on the wet roads and allow plenty of time to get to your destination.
