ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) —

Gov. Roy Cooper declared a state of emergency in North Carolina on Monday following concerns over fuel supply. The Colonial Pipeline, which delivers 45% of all of the fuel used on the East Coast, was hacked Friday.
