Farmers Omelet:


15 leaves Fresh Baby Spinach

1 Tbsp Diced Tomatoes

1 Tbsp Diced Portabella Mushrooms

2 Oz. Home Fries

2 Oz. Swiss Cheese

3 Eggs

Splash of Cream

Pinch of salt and pepper

2 Tbsp Olive oil

Pinch of Parsley


Combine 3 Eggs, splash of cream then whisk, set aside.

Heat olive oil in sauté pan to medium heat. Sauté the tomatoes, mushrooms ,and home fries until the Mushrooms begin to turn opaque. Add egg mixture, salt pepper. Flip the eggs then add the Swiss Cheese. Garnish with Parsley.

Fried Chicken Stuffed Waffle Kabobs:


Waffle Batter:

2 cups of flour

4 Tsp Baking powder

½ tsp salt

¼ cup sugar

2 eggs

½ cup vegetable oil

2 cups whole milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Fried Chicken Tenders:

1 pound of chicken tenders

1 cup of flour

1 tablespoon salt (to taste)

½ tablespoon ground black pepper

3 eggs

¼ cup of milk

2 cups canola oil

Bamboo skewers, 10 in

2 tablespoon bourbon syrup

1 tablespoon spiced pecans

½ cup whipped topping


Heat oil in frying pan. Combine the flour, salt, and pepper in a small dish. Combine the eggs and milk in a second dish. Coat the chicken in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and then once more in the flour mixture. Fry the chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes turning once during cooking. Turn the waffle iron to medium heat. Take finished tenders and skewer. Place waffle batter in iron followed by 2-3 chicken skewers. Close lid and cook waffles. When golden brown, remove waffle and cut out around the chicken skewers. Garnish with syrup, spiced pecans, and whipped topping.

Deconstructed BLT with Bloody Mary:


Bloody Mary Mix:

1 can V8 juice (1qt 14oz)

1 tablespoon celery salt

1 tablespoon celery seed

6 oz Worcestershire sauce

4 oz horseradish, prepared

¼ oz tabasco

¼ lime juice

¼ oz olive juice

¼ sweet-sour mix

¼ tablespoon ground black pepper


2 slices Texas Toast

2-4 Bacon strips

4 Romaine lettuce leaves

4 slices tomato

2 stalks of celery with leaves

3 olives

1 tablespoon lime juice

3 tablespoons bacon crumbs

½ shot vodka


In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for bloody Mary mix. Take a pint glass and coat rim with lime juice and then coat with bacon crumbs. Take glass and add ½ shot of vodka and then pour the mix over top. Assemble BLT sandwich while drinking cocktail.
