Carolina Kitchen: Potstickers

- Gyoza wrappers
- 1/2 lb Ground pork
- 1 tsp ground fresh ginger
- 1 TBS soy sauce
- Place 1 teaspoon of filling at the center of the wrapper, Fold over and with wet fingers just press it down tight.
- Heat up a non-stick pan, add a little bit of oil.
- Place the filled wrappers and fry on both sides.
- Add 1/4 cup of water and cover.
- Turn the heat off and let it steam.
- Serve with soy sauce.
