Ingredients

  • Gyoza wrappers
  • 1/2 lb Ground pork
  • 1 tsp ground fresh ginger
  • 1 TBS soy sauce
  • Scallion
  • cilantro

Instructions

  1. Place 1 teaspoon of filling at the center of the wrapper, Fold over and with wet fingers just press it down tight.
  2. Heat up a non-stick pan, add a little bit of oil.
  3. Place the filled wrappers and fry on both sides.
  4. Add 1/4 cup of water and cover.
  5. Turn the heat off and let it steam.
  6. Serve with soy sauce.
