  • Beef tenderloin (enough for 2 cups)
  • sliced tomatos
  • pickled red onions
  • arugula
  • 1 TBS sambal
  • 1 Cup soy sauce
  • 1 TBS sugar
  • 1 Cup water


  1. Cut up 2 cups of raw beef (I enjoy using beef tenderloin for this recipe).
  2. Soak beef in 1 TBS of sambal, 1 Cup soy sauce, 1 TBS sugar & 1 Cup water.
  3. Sauté the beef in a wok
  4. Serve beef on sliced tomatoes, pickled red onions & arugula
