Brother Wolf Animal Rescue says it is looking for help identifying the person who left two kittens in an open box in front of its adoption center at about 2:30 a.m. Friday morning.

BWAR says that the center is by a busy road with predator animals nearby. A staff member arrived a few minutes later on a late-night mission to receive some Hurricane Florence animals, but Brother Wolf says, leaving an animal outside the center when it is closed it not safe.

A BWAR representative says that the organization has filed a police report.

If you know who dropped off these kittens, contact the Asheville Police Department or email audrey@bwar.org.
