CONWAY, S.C. (WPDE) — A couple charged in connection with exposing themselves in the Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach areas pleaded guilty on Thursday, according to an announcement from Fifteenth Circuit Solicitor Jimmy Richardson.
Eric Harmon, 37, of Garden City Beach, and Lori Harmon, 36, of Lexington, both pleaded guilty to two counts of indecent exposure related to incidents that occurred in January, said George DeBusk, the senior assistant solicitor who prosecuted the case for the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.

If they violate their probation they could face prison time.
According to Surfside Beach police reports, the couple performed and recorded sex acts in a Food Lion parking lot, and on a bench near Floral Lake Playground. Reports also stated Lori Harmon is also being investigated by SBPD for two other allegedly filmed instances of indecent exposure where she exposed herself and urinated at a local baseball field, and at Floral Lake Playground.
The duo was originally arrested Jan. 16 by Horry County police after officers were tipped off to videos showing the couple performing sex acts inside a glass gondola at the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel within view of the public, and at a community pool in the Surfside Beach area of Horry County sometime during December 2020. The warrants said the defendants recorded the acts and uploaded the video to an adult website, according to arrest warrants.
According to other arrest warrants, during a separate incident, the couple also recorded and uploaded a video to an adult website that showed them engaging in sexual activity at One Ocean Place hotel.
