A Fairview man has been indicted for attempted first-degree murder in a shooting that left a man critically wounded.

Tyshawn Boseman, 19, is accused of shooting Rodrequez Allison in the head.

The shooting happened outside Green's Mini-Mart on Depot Street on Feb. 9.

Boseman also faces a charge of attempting to sell cocaine to an undercover officer. He's being held in the Buncombe County Detention Center.
