Fletcher father pleads guilty to manslaughter in son's death
A father was sentenced to more than five years in prison after pleading guilty to charges related to the death of his son.
Bradley V. Buedel, of Fletcher, pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in the death of 22-year-old Avery Buedel. He was sentenced to 70 months in prison.
The body of Avery Buedel was found in an apartment in Brickton Village in October of 2016. At the time, police said Buedel's body had a knife wound.
Bradley Buedel was initially indicted for second-degree murder in the case.
