The search for a Henderson County man's drag race car continues after his truck and ATV that were stolen in Concord over the weekend are recovered.

Jake Jarvis of Henderson County says his 1999 Pontiac Firebird drag race car, valued at $200,000, was stolen around 2 a.m. Saturday, along with his customized Ford F-250 and his daughter's four-wheeler.

Jarvis said in a Facebook post on Monday night that his truck and the ATV were recovered in York County, South Carolina, but the truck sustained extensive electrical damage.

The trailer and the race car are still missing.

Concord police say the trailer and vehicles were stolen from the parking lot of Homewood Suites of Scott Padgett Parkway in Concord.

Police say they have no suspects in the crime.

The missing trailer is a 24-foot black v-nose and is branded with the Precision Grading Racing logo.

Jarvis and his engineer are offering a $15,000 reward for information leading to an arrest or return of the race car.

If you have any information on the stolen trailer and vehicles, contact Concord police at 704-920-5000.
