BREVARD, N.C. (WLOS) —
Troopers have identified the motorcyclist killed in a Brevard wreck on Thursday.
On Thursday, September 7, 2017 at approximately 6 p.m., troopers were dispatched to a wreck on US 276 above the Ranger Station.
The wreck involved a motorcycle and a small passenger car.
Troopers say Bradley Aaron Phillips of Charlotte was traveling north on US 276 on a motorcycle when he entered a sharp curve too fast, traveled left of center, and struck a car.
Phillips died at the scene.
All occupants of the car were taken to Transylvania Regional Hospital for treatment and observation, but had no serious injuries, troopers said.
The crash closed a portion of a road in Pisgah National Forest on Thursday evening.
