Man charged with possessing child pornography now charged with indecent exposure
HENDERSON COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) —
A man charged with having child pornography in Buncombe County earlier this year is also now charged with indecent exposure in Henderson County.
The Henderson County Detention Center's website lists Jeremy Justice, 37, as an inmate with a bond of $10,500 on the indecent exposure charge. His next court appearance on that charge is Dec. 12.
Earlier this year, Justice was charged with five counts of possessing child pornography in Buncombe County. He was indicted by a grand jury for felony third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
During his court appearance in June, he claimed the photos were found in someone else's home.
He appeared via video, and told the judge "I'm charged with photos that someone else was in possession of. Obviously if these were in somebody else's house even, on their stuff, not mine, I don't understand how I can be charged."
He faces up to 16 years in prison if convicted on the child pornography charges.
