Police charge man in Buncombe County school bus incident

Asheville police have charged a man accused of jumping on a Buncombe County school bus and making threats this week.

Mohammad Rice, 35, was arrested Friday and charged with communicating threats, trespassing and reckless driving. Rice is out on bond.

The bus was carrying kids from Koontz Intermediate and Valley Springs Middle.
