Owens pleads guilty to lesser charge in 2000 disappearance of Zebb Quinn

July 25, 2022 - Robert Jason Owens pleaded guilty to accessory after the fact of first-degree murder in court on Monday. He had previously been charged with murder in the case of Asheville resident Zebb Quinn's disappearance in 2000.
