WEAVERVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — Town leaders in Weaverville responded to Buncombe County's new policy on face coverings Friday in a Facebook post.

They are reminding people that Weaverville withdrew from Buncombe County's May 1 "Stay Home, Stay Safe" order, therefore the latest mask policy does not apply to the town.
