Mother accused of stabbing, killing 5-year-old daughter, Henderson Co. authorities confirm

Penny Short Hartle, 50 of Hendersonville has been arrested and charged with 2nd Degree Murder. Hartle received no bond and she will have a first appearance on Monday April 26th. (Henderson County Sheriff's Office)
