Wake Up Workout: Halloween edition

In Wake Up Workout, how can you avoid all the Halloween candy this time of year? Adi Westerman from Hot Yoga Asheville tells us about the Switch Witch.

It's something parents can do for their kids to avoid eating all the sweets, by switching a piece of candy for a toy. The problem is, the parents then become in control of the candy!

So here are a few yoga poses to help get that digestion going. First up, Wind Removing pose. Lay on your back pulling your knee to your chest. This moves help to make sure your optimizing how your digesting your food.

Another pose, Plank pose, maintaining a position similar to a push-up for the maximum possible time. This works your core.
